General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through my online shop.

2. Contract Conclusion
(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but serves as an invitation to place an order.
(2) By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract.
(3) The contract is concluded only when I confirm the order by email.
(4) During the ordering process, the customer may correct their information at any time. The contract language is German.
3. Product Description & Special Characteristics of Handmade Items
(1) Each piece of jewellery is unique and individually handcrafted only after the order is placed.
(2) Minor deviations in appearance, colour, structure, material, and finish are product-related and do not constitute a defect.
(3) Because the materials used are limited in availability, the same ring may not be reproducible again.
4. Prices & Shipping Costs
(1) All listed prices are final prices.
(2) The shipping costs are clearly displayed to the customer during the ordering process, before the order is completed.
(3) For deliveries abroad, additional customs duties or charges may apply, which must be borne by the customer.
5. Payment Methods & Payment Conditions
(1) Payment is made via the payment method selected during the ordering process.
(2) Payment is due immediately after completing the order.
(3) Production begins only after the payment has been successfully received.
6. Production & Delivery Times
(1) Because each piece of jewellery is handmade to order, the production time is typically 5–10 working days, but may vary depending on workload.
(2) Delivery time within the EU is an additional 3–10 working days, depending on the carrier.
(3) Shipping is carried out from the Netherlands.
7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
(1) Because the rings are handmade according to the customer’s desired ring size and with limited materials, withdrawal or return is generally excluded under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
(2) By placing the order, the customer expressly accepts that production begins solely based on their individual specifications.
(3) If a ring does not fit in the end, I offer one free resizing. The shipping costs for this process must be covered by the customer.
8. Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty under Dutch and EU law applies.
(2) Because the jewellery is handmade from old cutlery, irregularities or surface characteristics may occur that do not constitute a defect.
9. Liability
(1) I am fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, I am only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.
(2) Any further liability is excluded.
10. Retention of Ownership
The goods remain my property until full payment has been received.
11. Data Protection
The privacy policy in the online shop applies.

12. Final Provisions
(1) Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection of the customer’s country of residence is not restricted.
(2) If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
